STEP 1: BARBELL BASICS

$199

Each new trainee with be guided through our Barbell Basics course before becoming a member at Valens Strength and Conditioning. This one time course involves a 2 hour personal training session with one of our coaches for confidence to be gained under the barbell and ensure correct form for the main lifts. During this 2 hour session we will go over the squat, press, deadlift and bench press. After completing Barbell Basics, trainees can choose one of the membership options below or complete more personal training sessions.



Step 2: start your membership

3X A WEEK SMALL GROUP

$225/month

  • Train with a specialized strength coach 3x/week on set days and times
  • Update your personal information, payment plans and access classes through our cloud-based website Pike13
  • Private group classes limited to 10 lifters (2 people per rack, but each person has their own side of the rack)
  • One-On-One attention for work-sets
  • Individualized program and nutrition plan
  • Free beverages! Coffee, energy drinks or Gatorade
  • Free t-shirt (1 time only for new members)

Current Class Times:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 6:00 am – 8:00 am
  • 8:00 am – 10:00 am
  • 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

FAQ’s:

Do I have to train at a set day and time every week?

To make sure everyone has a guaranteed time spot to train 3 times a week, we ask our lifters to keep the same schedule throughout the week. If you are unable to commit to the same class times throughout the week please contact us to discuss times that fits your schedule. If a class is missed, you can attend another class that day if there is an open time slot.

If I miss a class can I attend another class time that day?

If there is an open slot listed on Pike 13 in a later class time then you can attend that class time. If all class times are booked. Missed class times will not roll-over to the next month.

How do I put my membership on hold or cancel?

To put your membership on hold, please contact us via email at valensstrength@gmail.com and request a hold. Membership holds are granted for 1-2 months. To cancel your membership, go into your Pike13 account to cancel at any time.

Are memberships month to month or is there a 3 month commitment?

All memberships are month-to-month but are put on a recurring billing cycle. If you would like to cancel after your first month, please make sure to cancel your membership through Pike13 before the next payment date.
