STEP 1: BARBELL BASICS

$199

Each new trainee with be guided through our Barbell Basics course before becoming a member at Valens Strength and Conditioning. This one time course involves a 2 hour personal training session with one of our coaches for confidence to be gained under the barbell and ensure correct form for the main lifts. During this 2 hour session we will go over the squat, press, deadlift and bench press. After completing Barbell Basics, trainees can start a membership or complete more personal training sessions.

Step 2: start your membership: 2x or 3x a week training options

2X A WEEK SMALL GROUP

$300/month

  • Train with a coach 2x/week on set days and times
  • Private group classes limited to 5 lifters, with your own rack
  • One-On-One attention warm-up sets and work-sets
  • Individualized program and nutrition plan

3X A WEEK SMALL GROUP

$350/month

  • Train with a coach 3x/week on set days and times
  • Private group classes limited to 5 lifters, with your own rack
  • One-On-One attention warm-up sets and work-sets
  • Individualized program and nutrition plan
  • Free beverages! Coffee, energy drinks or gatorade
  • Free t-shirt (1 time only)

FAQ’s:

Do I have to train at a set day and time every week?

Yes. To make sure everyone has a guaranteed time spot to train 2 or 3 times a week, we require lifters to come to keep the same schedule throughout the week. If a class is missed, you can attend another class that day if there is an open time slot.

Am I able to workout at both gym locations?

Yes. If you missed or will not be able to make your small group class time you are welcomed to come to Grantville’s coached open gym hours.

If I miss a class can I attend another class time that day?

If there is an open slot listed in a later class time then you can attend that class time. If all class times are booked, then you can attend coached open gym at Grantville. Missed class times will not roll-over to the next month.

How do I put my membership on hold or cancel?

To put your membership on hold, please contact Valens and request a hold. Membership holds are granted for 1-2 months. To cancel your membership, go into your Pike13 account to cancel at any time.

Are memberships month to month or is there a 3 month commitment?

All memberships are month-to-month but put on recurring billing. If you would like to cancel after your first month, please make sure to cancel your membership before the next payment date.
