Getting Started

Each new trainee will be guided through our On-Boarding sessions before becoming a member. Our on-boarding involves completion of 2, one hour personal training sessions with a Starting Strength Coach for confidence to be gained under the barbell and to ensure correct form for the main lifts. Programming and nutrition will be topics discussed during the on-boarding. After completing the two sessions, trainees can choose one of our membership options or complete more personal training sessions.

Memberships

All membership options are month-to-month and are only offered to trainees who have completed the on-boarding sessions. Small Group Classes are limited to 4 members per class and small group members have access to open gym hours.

Small Group Classes (3 per week):

Sessions are led by a Starting Strength Coach who will provide you custom programming and nutrition plans. Your coach will also guide you through every step of training and give you individual attention for each lift during the class. Small group members also receive 24-hour access and can join open gym times for any additional training days.

Small Group Classes (1 per week):

Your coach will also guide you through every step of training and give you individual attention for every lift during the class. Small group members also receive 24-hour access and can join open gym times for any additional training days.

Custom Open Gym:

$199

Open gym hours are supervised by a Starting Strength Coach to provide form checks, correct technique and encourage lifters. This membership includes customized programming, nutrition advisement and guidance throughout every part of your lifting session and 24-hour access.

Small Group classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6am-7:30am. Small groups are also held on Tuesday & Thursday from 7am-8:30am & 8:30am-10am and Saturday from 7am-8am & 8am-9am.

Open gym hours where a trainer is available to watch all trainees lifts are Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8am-11am & 4pm-8pm; Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-11am.

Members are able to receive a key pass to access the gym any time of the day. The only restricted times are during small group sessions where only small group members have access to the gym.

Drop-ins are able to come during any open gym hours. Some instruction will be provided. Drop-ins must be familiar with the Starting Strength method. For those unfamiliar, a personal training session can be made.
